The company was founded in July 1990 the year as the consequence of nautical passions and interests of the owner – of Marek Wilanowski. Constructor of the first yacht produced by the company PEGAZ 696 was  Adam Orych .The boat was constructed and produced  with a thought about Polish market .Simultaneously  in 1991  the company decided to enter European market.

One from the products of the company - PEGAZ  737 was projected and executed in compliance with obligatory European standards . For the first time it was  presented on the exhibition in Berlin in October 1992. The yacht met large interest of  the public and in  effect  received numerous orders from  just united Germany.

Thence forward began the export- activity  which embraced Germany, Austria, Holland, Switzerland, and at present  Sweden, Norway, France and even Turkey. After trade fair in Amsterdam in 1994  the firm obtained the  exclusive rights  from firms RONSTAN and AKZO  NOBEL on sale of their products in Poland. Then  nautical shop of the company „INTER YACHT” started.

With a dynamic development of the company in 1995 the plot of land on which the company  was situated was repurchased and  became the place of business . This permitted on the considerable reduction of costs , and saved resources were used for new projects and investments.

Again from Adam Orych ( the outstanding constructor and  friend of the company) the company  bought the project of already existing  yacht- Pegaz 888 which after changes and corrections began to be produced and sold under the name PEGAZ 30 , then PEGAZ 31.

For both of these yachts the company received prizes „THE NAIL OF TRADE FAIR” in 2001 and 2002. In 2001 the company transferred the production to newly built shipyard in Gielniow. In  Warsaw  remained  the headquarters of the company, and in rooms after the old boat building workshop  we started the nautical shop.

In 2002 the year the company began the production of regatta yacht of  class 650 - SKIPPI 650 whose  designer is George Pieśniewski. The construction of this yacht became commercial success of the company. The success of the yacht Skippi 650 contributed to the foundation of the Association of the Class Skippi 650 which unites many lovers of  regatta yachting.

Starting in boat-race allows to gain new experiences and inspires to following modifications of the construction  what results in new SKIPPI 650 Cruiser.

The year 2002 is  also decisive period  for the Polish yacht industry. The Association of Yacht Industry “POLISH YACHTS” was founded, whose  inspirer and  cofounder beside Wojciech Kot  was also Marek Wilanowski. The association unites  both producers of yachts and representatives of similar branches.  Since 2003  “POLISH YACHTS” are a member of  ICOMIA.

So far the greatest success of the company was nomination of  yacht 28 Pegaz to the prize European Yacht of the Year 2003. Our boat was found among best yachts of Europe.

From 2004 we undertook the production of nine- meter sailing yacht - Arion 29 . It was  first presented on trade fair “ Wind and Water” 2004 and the public was very enthusiastic about it  , what resulted in  the Prize of The public.

Year 2005 is a decisive year in history of the company: new hall, new markets, the beginning of  cooperation with well-known shipyards, such as COMAR from Italy and SUNWIND from Switzerland. Simultaneously we started  production of motor yachts.

The first product from this line is  motor boat SkY-Dancer 700, produced in two versions-with stationary  diesel engine Volvo-Penta and with outboard engine .

Year 2006 The BMW Sailing Cup started in Germany on our Skippi 650 Cruiser.
