The 17GTS retains all the attributes of the outboard version - it shares the same performance hull, has a genuine deep v with 24 degrees of deadrise and gives a safe, predictable ride.
The 17 Arrrowstreak can be fitted with a choice of inboards from 135hp to 220hp.
The Mercruiser 3.0ltr 135hp petrol is the journeyman engine of the marine world. It is fitted to just about everything and thousands are produced every year. It is well priced and offers similar performance to the diesel. True ski heads and speed freaks might find it a little slow and should consider the 4.3l but for those who want a good all-rounder then you can't go wrong with this engine option. That said, add a High Five stainless prop and you will enjoy genuine ‘snap’ out of the water on take off – a simple, cost effective performance upgrade.
If 60mph is your thing or you have an urge to rip your mates arm off on pull out then the 220hp 4.3ltr MPI option is for you. Don't confuse this with the older 190hp carburetter model still offered by some, this latest version is quieter, cleaner, more economical and a whole lot more powerful.
Quite simply the performance is stunning.
It can also be fitted with the 120hp Turbo Diesel unit from Mercruiser the 17GTS can offer a lot more than just 'fun in the sun'. This torquey 1.7 litre can reach a top speed of over 42mph and delivers incredible fuel economy. Price on Application
